Ryan's career started in 2002 with Citigroup’s marketing division. He then branched out on his own in 2006, launching marketing firms across the US and Canada. After successfully selling his company in 2009, he landed at The Five Star Institute, the nation’s top conference and media outlet for Distressed Real Estate and Mortgage Banking.

In 2013, he identified a huge void in the agent/ broker arena. The industry's need for an authentic, hands-on, full-service Realtor, capable of mastering buyer, seller, and investor relationships simultaneously lead to his career transition.
Ryan was born and raised in Waxahachie, TX and holds a BBA from Oklahoma Christian University. After graduation, he moved back to DFW where he enjoys bird hunting, fishing, golf and officiating Texas High School football.

In 2015, Allyssa noticed several inefficiencies when she purchased her first home and later learned her experience was all too common. She then decided to channel her versatile skill set towards improving an industry desperate for change.
Allyssa was born in Ft. Worth, TX and found her way back to DFW after college. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, time with family, and home projects!
